It is isn't uncommon for anime characters to have one or two outfits top that they will literally wear over and over again, possibly until the day they die and you're left wondering if a they just happen to have a whole wardrobe of the same outfit or b they have a secret passion for laundry so they love washing their one outfit all the time. Thankfully, there is always at least one character in a series that is the exact opposite and changes outfits every few episodes. That's the case for Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail who changes outfits every arc or so.
